Today we said it was "Rainbow Weather" sunny and rainy... and I dreamed of Hawaii.
I went on my patio and could smell the fresh rain and Jasmine blooming -it smelled enough like Hawaii that I could close my eyes and imagine...
For a moment I was there today.
For a while I imagined how fun it'd be to be packing my house to move to Hawaii...
Instead I am packing for another house in Bakersfield and the summer is about to hit. HOT DRY AND MISERABLE!
Thankfully I can live a paradise kind of life without ever going back to Hawaii just by choosing the right attitude and the right way.
I know that moving to Hawaii won't make me happy if I cannot figure out how to live a paradise life here on the mainland first. So until I get to have a dream of living in Hawaii, I'll practice the Aloha spirit here -even when it gets miserably hot.
